Hapag-Lloyd has finalized an agreement to acquire a 25 percent stake in APM Terminals Maasvlakte II, a cutting-edge container terminal located in the Port of Rotterdam. The deal, struck with Maersk’s APM Terminals, positions the German shipping giant as a strategic partner in one of Europe’s most advanced automated facilities.
